Refund policy
Custom, Customized, and Clearance Items are Final Sale.
Buyer must contact seller within 7 days of receiving item to receive a refund. (14 days for EU as stated by EU law.)
Return shipping shall be covered by the buyer and use a trackable shipping method that provides confirmation at delivery.
Refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving returned item provided that it has been returned in the same condition it was sent out, minus a 10% restocking fee to cover the original cost of shipping and part of the cost of the transaction fee charged to me by my financial institution.
If the item shipped to you was not as described, I will pay or refund the return shipping as well.
In the event that a shipment was found to be undeliverable by the shipping service and then held for pickup at the local service location (ie. Local Post Office), buyer will be responsible for pick up. All reasonable attempts will be made by Firefly Jewelry Studio to contact the buyer and inform said buyer of any updates on shipment and pick up information, but no refunds will be made if the pick up is not attempted by the buyer within 14 days of the shipment's arrival at the local post office.
If the shipment is found to be undeliverable and returned by the shipping service, a refund for non-custom items will be issued within 5 days of Firefly Jewelry Studio's receipt of the returned shipment to the original method of payment, minus Firefly Jewelry Studio's original cost of shipping the item and a 10% restocking and handling fee. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact Buyer regarding Undeliverable Custom Items for a new shipping address in which to ship the item to, at Buyer's expense.
Refund does not apply to Custom, Customized, and Clearance Items. I cannot accept returns of Custom, Customized, nor Clearance Items. These items are Final Sale.
